May I custom order products?
Yes, we welcome custom orders from our customers and look forward to working with you in finding the perfect item to meet your needs.
What if I don't see the brand or item that I am looking for?
Please contact us! Just because you do not see that specific brand or special piece on our website does not mean that we can't get it for you. We have a wealth of resources to find what you are looking for, or at least something similar.
Why do some items have pricing and not others? Why do you include items with no prices?
Many of our vendors prefer that their furniture be sold in a “bricks and mortar” store, so that the consumer can make a decision in person. Because of this, they restrict pricing online for any of their dealers. When you call us or send us an email we will then provide you with a price.
We also do not provide pricing for all pieces on the website, because some pieces have so many options for you to chose from we couldn’t begin to list them all on our website. It is best that we discuss these options to find the best fit for you!
Is the furniture in stock?
The majority of the products shown on our website are in stock and available for immediate shipment. If an item has to be ordered the lead time will be displayed on that product's webpage. Please contact us to confirm availability as inventory levels are constantly changing. Lead times for custom orders will be given on an individual basis.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Items delivered within the state of North Carolina or picked up from our store will be charged North Carolina sales tax. If your order is shipped outside of North Carolina, we will not collect sales tax.
How do I get the furniture delivered?
There are several ways of getting the product to you. The best alternative will be determined per order. Options include us delivering the product to you within a certain distance and delivery charge, white glove in home delivery, curbside delivery, drop shipping from the manufacturer as well as UPS or Fed-Ex.
What if my furniture arrives damaged?
If your furniture arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and make proper notations on the shipping documents that you are asked to sign. All pieces must be inspected in the presence of the delivery company.
Will my product need assembly if it is shipped?
Many of our products will be delivered to you packaged and will need assembly upon arrival. White glove delivery service is available for an additional fee to assist with assembly and room placement. Please contact us for more details.
What if I am unhappy with the pieces when I get them?
Once your order is final, you will be given a copy of the invoice, terms and conditions, and our shipping policy for you to review and sign before we ship.
If the furniture arrives and does not meet your expectations, please contact us to arrange return of the merchandise at the customer’s expense. This does not include Special Orders, these are not returnable. < span>
